Overview
When scheduling interviews across different regions, you can view each participant’s local time and time zone before selecting or sharing an interview slot. This makes it easier to find times that work for everyone without manually converting time zones.
Before You Begin
This functionality must be enabled for your organization. To request access, contact your Radancy representative or submit a support ticket.

You can:
- Change your scheduling time zone without changing your working hours.
- Update your working hours without changing your selected time zone.
- Manage your time zone and availability settings independently.
Your working hours continue to follow your configured scheduling time zone.
