Common Availability

Finding time that works for multiple interview participants is now easier with Common Availability.

When configuring an interview in the scheduling form, users can now click on the available slots count to view detailed availability information for selected participants.

The new Common Availability view helps identify:

  • A participant's individual availability
  • Another participant's individual availability
  • Time slots where all selected participants are available at the same time

How Availability Is Calculated

Availability is determined using two factors:

  1. Each participant's defined working hours
  2. Their calendar availability within those working hours

Only time that falls within a participant's configured working hours is considered available. For example, if a participant has no meetings scheduled outside of their working hours, that time will not be included in availability calculations.

Expanding Options with “+ Get More Availability”

If no ideal common time slots are available, users can click + Get More Availability within the Common Availability view.
This option allows users to broaden the availability search and uncover additional scheduling possibilities when fully overlapping time is limited.
Using + Get More Availability, users can:
  • View time slots where most (but not all) participants are available
  • Identify near-matches to help move scheduling forward faster
  • Reduce back-and-forth coordination when perfect alignment is not possible
This is especially helpful for:
  • Large interview panels
  • Busy calendars with limited overlap
  • Time-sensitive scheduling needs

Time Zone Support

All availability is displayed in the viewing user's local time zone, making it easier to coordinate schedules across teams and locations without manual time zone conversions.
