Meetings

Overview

The Meetings page gives you one place to track interviews throughout the scheduling process.

Meetings are organized into tabs based on their current status, making it easy to see where an interview is in the scheduling process and identify when action may be needed.

Pending Interviewers

The Pending Interviewers tab shows meetings that are waiting for the hiring manager or interviewer to approve interview availability. If multiple candidates are moved into the interview stage together, availability can be approved for multiple candidates at the same time.

At this stage: The meeting is waiting for the interviewer.

Once availability is approved, the scheduling process can continue and the candidate can be invited to select an available interview time.

Invited Candidates

The Invited Candidates tab shows meetings where the candidate has been invited to schedule but has not yet selected an interview time. The candidate can select from the available interview times provided through the scheduling process.

At this stage: The meeting is waiting for the candidate.

Once the candidate selects a time, the interview moves forward as a scheduled meeting.

Scheduled Meetings

The Scheduled Meetings tab shows upcoming interviews.

At this stage: The interview is booked.

Completed & Cancelled

The Completed & Cancelled tab shows meetings that have either taken place or been cancelled by the recruiter or candidate.

At this stage: The meeting is no longer active.

This tab can be useful when you need to reference previous interviews or review meetings that were cancelled.

View Meetings Across Jobs

When you want a broader view of meeting activity, toggle to All List View.

The All List View provides a consolidated view of meetings across jobs and statuses, allowing you to review interview progress and identify meetings that may need attention without moving between separate status tabs.

Meetings are organized into four expandable and collapsible sections. Expand a section to review meetings in that status, or collapse sections you do not currently need.

Search and filter your view

Use the available search and filter options to focus on the meeting activity that's most relevant to you.

For example, you can:

  • View meeting activity across all jobs.
  • Filter the view to focus on one specific job.
  • Use Search to locate a job.
  • Apply additional filters to narrow the meetings displayed.

Review and take action

You can review candidate, job, interviewer, date, and status information when available. You can also take available actions directly on individual meetings without leaving the consolidated view.

Meeting Summary

You can take available actions on individual meetings directly from Meeting Summary.

The available action depends on the meeting and its current status. Taking action from the summary allows you to address meetings that need attention without leaving the consolidated view.

What you’ll see

Meeting Summary displays:

  • Meeting activity for the selected job.
  • Meetings grouped into four status-based sections.
  • Candidate, job, interviewer, date, and status information when available for the meeting.
  • Available actions for individual meetings.
  • Expandable and collapsible meeting sections.

Meeting records load using infinite scrolling rather than pagination. As you move through the view, additional records can appear without requiring you to move to another page.

When to use Meeting Summary

Use Meeting Summary when you need to:

  • Review meeting activity for a specific job.
  • See candidate progress across multiple meeting statuses.
  • Identify meetings that may require action.
  • Review a high volume of meetings without moving between separate tabs.
