Why Didn't the Hiring Manager Receive a Notification?

If a Hiring Manager does not receive a scheduling notification, there are several common causes to check.

Confirm the Hiring Manager Is Assigned to the Job
The Hiring Manager must be assigned to the job before scheduling notifications can be sent.

Verify that the Hiring Manager has been added to the job and has the appropriate access.

Confirm the Hiring Manager Has Connected Their Calendar
Scheduling notifications rely on the Hiring Manager having a connected calendar.

If a calendar has not been connected, the system may be unable to send scheduling requests or availability notifications.

Check Junk, Spam, and Clutter Folders
Email filtering rules may prevent notifications from appearing in the inbox.

Ask the Hiring Manager to check:
  • Spam or Junk folders
  • Clutter folders
  • Email quarantine tools used by their organization
Verify the Email Address
If the Hiring Manager's email address was entered incorrectly, notifications cannot be delivered.

Confirm that the correct email address is associated with the user's account.
