Schedule and Reschedule Interviews in Microsoft Teams

Based on the permissions granted by your administrator, you can schedule and reschedule interviews directly from Microsoft Teams.

This allows you to manage interviews without navigating to the Scheduling tab, saving time and enabling faster actions directly from chat.

Meeting Types You May See

You may see three types of interviews in the rescheduling list:

  1. Meetings You Are Hosting:

These are interviews where you are the designated host, such as a recruiter or hiring manager.

As the host, you have full control over the interview.

      2. Meetings You Created

These are interviews that you scheduled, even if another person is the host.

In most cases, you can still edit and reschedule these interviews.

      3. Meetings You Have Visibility Into

These are interviews you did not create and are not hosting, but you can access because you are a collaborator on the requisition or part of the talent acquisition team.

Depending on your permissions, you may be able to reschedule these interviews.
