Post Interview Feedback Reminders

How It Works

Once an interview is marked as completed:
  1. All interview participants receive a notification requesting feedback.
  2. If feedback is not submitted:
    • A first reminder is sent based on the configured timing.
    • A second reminder may be sent if feedback is still missing.
  3. Reminders are only sent to participants who have not yet submitted feedback.
  4. Once feedback is submitted, no additional reminders are sent.

Company-Level Configuration

Feedback reminder settings are managed by administrators at the company level.
Admins can configure:
  • Whether feedback reminders are enabled
  • The timing of the first reminder
  • The timing of the second reminder
These settings define the default reminder behavior for all newly created jobs.

Job-Level Overrides

Recruiters can override the default reminder settings for individual jobs when needed.
At the job level, recruiters can:
  • Enable or disable feedback reminders
  • Adjust the timing of reminder notifications

Permissions

  • Only administrators can configure company-level reminder settings.
  • Recruiters can manage reminder settings at the job level (if overrides are enabled).

Important Notes

  • Reminder notifications are only triggered after an interview is marked as completed.
  • Reminder timing is based on the configuration set by your organization (e.g., hours or days after interview completion).
  • A maximum of two reminders can be sent per interview cycle.

Best Practices

  • Set the first reminder within 24–48 hours to encourage prompt feedback
  • Use a second reminder for roles involving multiple interviewers
  • Avoid overly frequent reminders to reduce notification fatigue
