1. Multi-Branding for Video Interview Mode

When creating a job in Video Interview Mode, your branding settings are applied during the final step of the job creation process.

At this stage, you can:

  • Upload a Company Logo
  • Set a Brand Name
  • Add a Welcome - Branding Video
  • Add a Thank You Message/Video
  • Choose a Brand Color and Background Image

These settings ensure that candidates experience a fully branded interview page aligned with your company identity.

2. Multi-Branding for "CEP" (Candidate Engagement Platform)

In CEP Mode, you have greater flexibility to manage and reuse multiple branding styles across different jobs.

To create or manage your branding styles:

  1. Click on your Profile Icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  2. Select Branding from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click + Add New Style to create a new branding template.

    • Enter your Brand Name
    • Upload your Logo
    • Set your Primary and Secondary Colors
    • Add your Welcome Video and optional Representative Image

Once you’ve created your branding templates, you can:

  • Select your desired Branding Style directly in Step 1 (Job Details) when creating a new job in CEP mode.

This allows you to easily apply distinct branding for each client, project, or department while maintaining consistent workflows.
