Setting your working hours

Every user will need to set specific hours of availability to make sure candidates only book time during their working hours. 


How to Set Your Working Hours:

  1. Go to the Settings page from your profile.

  2. Click on "Scheduling."

  3. Scroll down to the Availability Rules section.

This section lets you define your working hours, which will determine when you're available.

Default Availability: 

By default, your availability is set to:

  • Monday – Friday

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Your local timezone


To Create a New Availability Rule:

  1. Click New Rule to add a custom availability rule.

  2. Your time zone will be automatically detected from your browser. If it was incorrectly detected, select the correct one.

  3. Set your desired working hours.

When you are editing a working hours rule, the rule will automatically be selected.
