Use scheduling reminders to ensure that all parties get reminded to schedule interviews and ensure that they show up to the interview.
Reminder Setup
Go to the job you want to set up reminders for. Click the 3 dots next to the job name, then select "scheduling reminders" on the dropdown. Then select "Job custom preferences"
From here, select which persona to set reminders for:
You can set up scheduling reminders for Hiring Managers to ensure they approve their availability and show up to interviews.
You can set up to 2 reminders for Hiring Managers to approve their availability if they haven't done so. Choose how much time should pass before the next reminder.
You can also set reminders for upcoming interviews. These reminders include a reschedule button and a link to download the candidate's CV (if provided via the ATS or Radancy).
Setting reminders at the company level (admins only):
Admins can configure default reminders by going to Settings → Notifications → Scheduling. Updates here only apply to future jobs; all new jobs inherit these settings. By default, company-level reminders are set to none for all personas.
TAs can receive messages when the Hiring Manager hasn't approved their availability. They will receive the message based on hours passed since the Hiring Manager's last reminder, or the first message they received if no reminder was sent.
Candidates can receive up to 2 reminders once invited to schedule, if they haven’t done so. Choose how much time should pass before the next reminder.
You can set reminders for upcoming interviews to ensure candidates show up on time.
