When a hiring manager cancels an interview instead of rescheduling or approving their availability, the system will flag these meetings for you. You’ll find them in your Meetings tab, clearly highlighted with a “Replace Host” button next to each affected interview.
This feature helps you stay on top of changes without needing to manually track who’s still confirmed and who isn’t. By clicking “Replace Host”, you can quickly assign a new hiring manager or team member to take over as host. Once a replacement is selected, the updated details are automatically reflected in the interview schedule and shared with the candidate no extra steps required.
Keeping an eye on these flagged meetings ensures there are no gaps in communication or scheduling, and helps maintain a seamless experience for both your hiring team and candidates.
