Can't log in to Screening & Scheduling Bot App


Clicked a button in Screening & Scheduling Bot chat and it doesn't work, or clicked a tab and it's not loading or you're logged out? See an error on the login button?

No worries. Watch this video or follow the steps below to log in:

  1. Type "reset" to Screening and Scheduling bot. She will respond with a button "login to Radancy". Click here and provide your credentials

  2. If this is still not working,

    1. go to the MS Teams app on your task bar

    2. right click to see "quit teams". Once clicked, you'll be logged out of teams.

    3. Open up teams again, and follow step 1.

  3. If still not working, go to the settings of your computer

    1. Click "apps" and find ms teams

    2. Click the 3 dots and then "advanced options"

    3. Scroll down and click "reset" and wait 1 minute

    4. Open up teams again, and follow step 1.

  4. If still not working, open up ms teams on your browser, and then follow step 1
