What To Do If Your Interview Freezes, Crashes, or Your Browser Closes

If your interview is interrupted, follow these steps to get back on track:

  1. Stay calm — your progress is saved. You won't lose your recorded responses if your interview freezes or your browser closes unexpectedly.
  2. Refresh the page. Reload your browser to restart the session.
  3. Click the Resume button. Once the page loads, a Resume button will appear on screen. Click it to continue your interview from where you left off.
  4. Still having trouble? If the issue persists, contact our support team for further assistance.

Tip: Before starting your interview, make sure your browser is up to date and you have a stable internet connection to reduce the risk of interruptions.
