- Stay calm — your progress is saved. You won't lose your recorded responses if your interview freezes or your browser closes unexpectedly.
- Refresh the page. Reload your browser to restart the session.
- Click the Resume button. Once the page loads, a Resume button will appear on screen. Click it to continue your interview from where you left off.
