Creating a Job Interview on Your Account

Follow this step-by-step guide to create a job in the legacy Asynchronous Video Interview (VI) mode.

Step 1: Check Your Interview Mode

Before creating a job, ensure that Asynchronous Video Interview is selected.

To verify this:

  1. Go to Profile (top-right corner).

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Click Interview Mode.

  4. Choose Asynchronous Video Interview.

Step 2: Create a New Job

Click Create New Job to begin the setup process.

Step 3: Add Job Details

You will now enter your job information, including:

  • Job Title (required)

  • Job Category (optional)

  • Welcome Message

  • Team (optional – controls who can access the job)

  • Language (translates the interview interface; questions must be written in the selected language)

Additional Fields

You can add up to three optional fields, such as:

  • Skills

  • Experience

  • Additional candidate information

  • CV/Resume upload (the only field that can be made mandatory)

Step 4: Create Interview Questions

You can create up to ten questions. There are two ways to add them:

Use a Template

Automatically populate all questions from a pre-configured template.

Write Questions Manually

For each question, you can define:

  • Question Title

  • Question Details

  • Optional media (uploaded file, link, or direct recording)

Video Response Settings

Adjust the settings for each question:

  • Thinking Time: Unlimited to 4 minutes

  • Recording Time: 30 seconds to 10 minutes

  • Number of Takes: 1 to 5

Step 5: Smart Shortlisting (Optional)

If your plan includes Radancy Intelligence, you can:

  • Select keywords and qualities

  • Set their importance using drag-and-drop

  • Review AI-generated highlights based on candidate responses

Step 6: Qualification Scorecard (Optional)

If your account includes Magic AI, you can:

  • Add qualifications

  • Assign weights: Nice to Have, Important, or Must Have

Step 7: Brand Your Interview

You can personalize the interview experience by editing:

  • Welcome Video

  • Thank You Message

  • Thank You Video

  • Brand Name

  • Company Logo

  • Brand Colors

  • Background Image

Note: Only accounts with multi-branding enabled can adjust brand name and logo on a per-job basis.

Step 8: Save & Continue

Once you save the job, you will see a confirmation message that the job has been successfully created.

From here, you can:

  • Invite candidates

  • Preview the interview
