How to Use Templates on Your Account

No one likes doing the same task twice! Templates let you save your interview questions, email invitations, and reminder emails, so you can reuse them for future jobs.

To use Templates, navigate to the "Templates" tab in your left navigation bar, above "Users". Click it to open the Templates page, where you can create or edit the following 9 templates:

Question Template

Edit an existing template or save a new one to store your questions for a specific job. You can also save a whole job as a template via Job > Edit > Save as Template. Updating existing templates may affect live interviews.

Invite Email Template

Create an invitation email for candidates. Insert dynamic fields like Job Title or Candidate Name and optionally set it as the default template for all jobs.

Invite SMS Template

Send invitation templates directly to candidates via SMS.

Reminder SMS Template

Send SMS reminders to candidates so they don’t forget to complete their interview.

Reminder Email Template

Schedule reminder emails to be sent a few days before the deadline or after the initial invitation. The body content is similar to the SMS template.

Thank You Email Template

Express gratitude to candidates who completed the interview successfully.

Email Signature Template

Create and save your personal email signature for consistent use in future communications.

Reject Candidate Template

Send a polite and professional rejection email to candidates who aren’t a fit for the position.

Hire Candidate Template

Congratulate candidates who are selected for the role with a sincere and celebratory email.
