Customizable Branding for Your Interview Page

You can customize your interviews by adding your own logo, background, colors, an introduction video, and even your representative’s name.

Let’s walk through how to create your personalized branding page!

Step 1: Create Your Branding Template

Go to Settings > Branding > Brand Name > +Add New Style. A pop-up will appear where you can personalize all your branding elements and save them as a reusable template.

Step 2: Add a Custom Brand Name

Enter your unique Brand Name — this will appear to candidates and coworkers in your branded interviews.

Step 3: Upload Your Company Logo

Upload or change your company logo. Recommended size: 8 KB, dimensions: 320×320 px.

Step 4: Choose Brand Colors

Select your primary and secondary brand colors using the color palette. You can preview changes live on the right side of your screen while editing the branding template.

Step 5: Add Representative Name & Position

Personalize your interviews by including the hiring representative’s name and position. This adds a friendly, human touch for candidates going through the process.

Step 6: Upload a Representative Image

Add a background or representative image to make your interview page stand out. You can upload your own or choose from our preset images.

Recommended: max size 2 MB, 1:1 ratio, width ≤ 1400 px.

Step 7: Upload a Welcome Video

Add a vertically shot welcome video to make a lasting impression on candidates. You can:

  • Record directly through the platform
  • Upload from your files
  • Paste a link from YouTube, Vimeo, or Dropbox

When finished, click Save Style to save your branding template for future use.

To use your new Branding Template, switch to Advanced Screening Questions mode. Go to Settings > Interview Mode to update it. When creating a new job, you’ll find the Branding section under Job Details, just below Key Benefits.
