Job Creation FAQs

If this is your first time creating a Job, check out this guide for the step-by-step process. Check below for additional details around the creation process, or if you encounter any issues while creating your Jobs.

What are the additional Job details for? (Skills, Experience, Job Description)

These fields will be visible to the interviewee on the first page they see when beginning their video interview. Only the Title is mandatory, so you can leave the other fields blank if preferred.

In the future, we may add additional Job filtering options based on this information.

What kinds of questions should I ask?

We provide several pre-made Templates tailored to various role types. Click the Use Templates dropdown to explore them. Once selected, the suggested questions will auto-fill your form — you can edit or adapt them as needed.

Can I set up my own Templates?

Absolutely! Go to the Templates tab in your account to view, edit, or create templates that suit your hiring needs.

Keep in mind that if you leave the Job creation process midway, any unsaved content will be lost.

How many questions can I ask?

You can ask up to 10 questions per interview, but we recommend keeping it to 5 or fewer for optimal engagement.

However, if your video replaces other interview stages, up to 10 questions can still achieve response
