My microphone isn't working

Is our program saying it can't hear you? Do you not know how to connect your microphone to your web browser? Here is some information to help establish a connection with your mic.
 

If your Microphone permissions are not working, please reset them using the lock icon 🔒 in the address bar of your Google Chrome browser.

You may need to reload the page once you've done so.

If this doesn't work, your camera may be blocked and you will need to enable this from your system settings. 
Select Start > Settings > Privacy > Camera. In Allow access to the camera on this device, select Change and make sure Camera access for this device is turned on. This setting lets any user on the device choose if they want apps to be able to access the camera.

Please make sure that every option is ticked ✔️

After this is done, please restart your device and try again.

Before you start, please make sure that you are using Google Chrome browser and it's updated to the last version. 

Phone Users: 
You can check this by navigating to your Playstore > search for Google Chrome and check whether the "Update" option is available. ​ 

Lap Top Users:
You can check this by clicking on the 3 dots on the top right corner, select settings from the drop down menu, and select About Chrome from the list.

Both:
If this doesn't work, something might be stuck in your browser cache and we need to erase it. ​ Navigate to the 3 dots on the top right corner > Select settings from the drop-down menu > Privacy and security > Delete browsing data > Advanced > Set Time range to last 7 days > Make sure to tick everything except for Passwords & AutoFill Data so that you don't erase your passwords and log-ins. ​ After this is done, please restart your device and try again.
