It depends on whether the company you’re applying to has enabled this feature. Some organizations allow up to five retakes for certain questions. If retakes are available, you’ll see the option below the preview of your answer, next to the “Next” button, as shown below.
If you don’t see this button after recording, it means either the company hasn’t enabled retakes or you’ve already used all of your allowed attempts. In that case, you’ll need to proceed with the answers you’ve recorded.
